Vision and Goal Setting with Lindsey Draska

Join CREW Columbus on October 22nd at Hansen Distribution Agency for a professional development workshop and networking! Lindsey Draska is back to lead us through another 60-minute workshop. This is a core values identification workshop, where participants can expect an interactive and reflective experience aimed at uncovering their fundamental beliefs and principles. We will revisit the concept of core values, followed by activities that encourage self-exploration by participating in value sorting, personal storytelling, and brainstorming sessions to identify what truly matters to them in both personal and professional contexts. Lindsey will provide tools and frameworks to help clarify and articulate these values, leading to a deeper understanding of how they influence decision-making and behavior. By the end of the workshop, attendees will leave with a clearer sense of their core values and how to align their goals with these beliefs.

The venue is located in The Arena District, along the pedestrian-only street next to Nationwide Arena.
